I popped into Infinity Motorcycles and overall it was okay. The shop was clean and tidy, so fair play to them for keeping it presentable. That said, the layout felt a bit cramped in places, especially when other people were browsing gear at the same time. It made it a little awkward to move around properly. The staff seemed fine, but I do think customers should be able to browse comfortably, so a better setup would make the experience feel a lot fairer and more welcoming.

Had a small issue with my order, but the support team got it sorted really quickly. Same-day reply. No hassle, no back and forth nonsense. They were easy to deal with and handled everything really well. Happy with the service and I'd definitely use infinitymotorcycles again.
